A: Coran Boutique Spa is a boutique spa owned by a Japanese individual, located near BTS Asok Station in Bangkok. Operating since 2007 with themes of Thai tradition, Western concepts, and Japanese meticulousness, it is an authentic spa with a record of winning the World Luxury Spa Awards.

A: Our business hours are from 10:00 to 21:00. We are opened everyday

 

Q: What is the last reservation acceptance time?

A: We request packages and menus that conclude by 21:00. For example, for a 120-minute course, the last acceptance time is 19:00. For a 150-minute course, it is 18:30.

A: Yes, as the number of rooms and therapists is limited, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

A: To prevent last-minute reservation errors or mistakes, we do not accept reservations within 24 hours via the website.

About Payment

Q: When do I make the payment?

A: We request payment upon your arrival on the day, before the start of the treatment.

 

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: You can pay by cash (Thai Baht), credit card, QR code payment, or bank transfer.

 

Q: Which credit card companies do you accept?

A: We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, and Union Pay cards.

 

Q: Is advance payment possible?

A: Advance payment is possible via QR code payment or bank transfer.

 

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?

A: We do not charge a cancellation fee. As an exception, reservation sites such as VELTRA, KLOOK, and GOWABI require pre-payment, so a cancellation fee may apply.

 

Q: What is the average tip amount?

A: As it is a gratuity for service, there is no definitive amount, but around 200 Baht is considered average. You might consider around 10% of the treatment fee as a guide.

Q: Can men also receive treatments?

A: Yes, male customers can also receive treatments (excluding female-only menus).

 

Q: What should I do if my reservation day coincides with my menstrual period?

A: If you have no health concerns, we can provide the service.

Q: Can I change my package or menu after booking?

A: Yes, changes are possible. Please inform us via LINE, WhatsApp, or our inquiry form. Changes are also possible upon your arrival, but please note that some preparation time may be required.

 

Q: Which is your most popular menu?

A: Our most popular is the Ayurveda Package. The 120-minute treatment (2,200 Baht) offers an authentic Ayurveda experience combining Shirodhara and full-body massage. The Ayurveda Package with Facial (150 minutes, 2,500 Baht) is also popular.

 

Services and Facilities

Q: How many rooms do you have?

A: We have 3 spa twin rooms, 1 spa single room, and 1 Thai massage room (with 2 beds).

 

Q: Do the rooms have showers and toilets?

A: Two of the spa twin rooms are fully equipped with showers and toilets. The remaining one twin room and one single room share a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

 

Q: Can I take a shower after the treatment?

A: Yes, you can. You will have about 15 to 20 minutes after the treatment to do so. Please note that this is not applicable to Thai massage or foot massage.

 

Q: Can I take a shower after the Ayurveda package?

A: We allocate time for hair washing and showering. You will have about 40 minutes after the treatment, including time for changing and makeup.

 

Q: Do you offer pick-up/drop-off service?

A: Currently, we do not offer pick-up service. For drop-off, you can use the hotel’s tuk-tuk service. It will take you to Terminal 21. Please ask the hotel staff when using this service. Please note that the tuk-tuk may not always be available.
